Situated above the showroom, the greenroom is a very private dance studio, with tall mirrors, Mackie sound system, and resilient,
sprung floors. It is also an ideal second room for events, with two restrooms, and a balcony overlooking the stage. Front
and back staircases lead directly to audience seating, backstage, and two fire exits. Every effort has been made to attenuate
noise between floors, and there are dedicated circuits for additional sound reinforcement. Ceiling fans and a forced-air heater
provide ventilation and warmth when needed. See rate page for booking details.
All performing arts spaces require a separate waiting area, traditionally called the "green room" where performers
prepare for the stage. Our generous greenroom is especially nice, with a private bath, an observation window onto the stage,
and direct access to the stage and street. This centralized design simplifies load in/load out, and allows the house manager
to easily communicate with the tech crew and performers, often without the need for headsets (available upon request). Performers
may rehearse, or watch the show in privacy, without disturbing the audience.

The balcony offers a useful area from which to direct stage productions, control audio, project visuals, and secure equipment.
Two lockable doors give access to the greenroom, stairs, and restrooms.
